Professional event photographer and videographer capturing an elegant ceremony

A core service

Coverage with intention

Photography and videography are not treated as a footnote. They are a distinct planning stream with their own timing, access, deliverables and creative priorities.

We help define what should be captured, how the event moves, where key moments happen and which finished materials matter most. Exact team size, coverage hours, edit scope and delivery terms are confirmed in a tailored proposal.

Before the cameras arrive

Clarity makes better coverage

Define the story

Who and what matters most? Which moments cannot be missed? How should the work feel?

Map access and timing

Venue rules, schedule, lighting, shot priorities, contacts and any privacy or release requirements.

Confirm deliverables

Coverage hours, edit type, formats, usage needs and delivery terms belong in the final agreement.

What you get

What event coverage actually includes

Coverage is quoted around deliverables rather than hours alone. These are the pieces most briefs are assembled from.

Event photography

Coverage across agreed hours, delivered as an edited gallery. The brief sets what has to be captured—arrivals, speakers, sponsor signage, the room before guests enter—so the useful frames are not left to chance.

Highlight films

A short edit that carries the feel of the event. Most are cut for internal recaps, sponsor reporting or next year's promotion, which changes the edit more than people expect.

Short-form social cuts

Vertical and horizontal versions sized for the channels you actually post on. Agreeing the formats before the shoot is cheaper than re-cutting afterwards.

Full-event coverage

Continuous shooting across a defined window rather than selected moments. Suits conferences and multi-part evenings where a gap in the timeline is a gap in the record.

Candid and detail work

The frames nobody asks for and everybody uses later—conversations, reactions, room detail, the texture that makes a gallery look like an event rather than a list of poses.

Edited galleries and delivery

Selection, colour and retouching to an agreed standard, delivered online. Turnaround, usage rights and file formats are confirmed in the agreement rather than assumed.

Not interchangeable

Corporate coverage is not wedding coverage in a different tie

The same camera, a different job. Knowing which one you are commissioning changes the shot list, the edit and the deliverables.

Weddings

Coverage follows a personal timeline and a known cast. The priorities are moments, relationships and atmosphere, and the gallery is for the couple and their families to keep.

Corporate

Coverage follows an agenda and a set of deliverables. Marketing teams need speakers, sponsors, branding, stage moments and networking, in formats they can publish—which is a different shot list, not the same one in different clothes.

Private celebrations

Somewhere between the two. Personal in feel, but often with a programme, a guest of honour and specific people who must appear in the gallery.

Before the day

What makes coverage come back usable

The difference between a gallery you use and one you scroll past is mostly decided before anyone starts shooting.

Agree the shot list

Name the people, moments and signage that must appear. A photographer who knows the chair of the board on sight gets that frame; one who does not, often will not.

Share the run of show

Timings for speeches, entrances and the feature moment, so coverage is in position rather than reacting. This is also what lets photo and entertainment work from one timeline.

Decide the deliverables early

Stills only, or stills and film. Horizontal, vertical or both. Where the output will be published changes how it is shot, not just how it is edited.

Plan for light

Evening events, dark ballrooms and coloured uplighting are all workable, but they shape the approach. Knowing the room in advance avoids improvising under pressure.

Confirm access

Where the team can stand during the programme, whether a riser is available, and any restrictions on flash or movement during speeches.

Settle usage upfront

Internal use, website, social, paid advertising and sponsor materials are different permissions. Agreeing them at booking is simpler than renegotiating after the edit.

Coverage FAQs

Before you book

Can we book photography or video without entertainment?

Yes. They are standalone services with their own quotes. Plenty of clients book coverage alone, and plenty book entertainment alone.

What does coverage start at?

Photography and video start from $1,200. The range above that is driven by hours of coverage, whether film is included alongside stills, and how fast you need the edit back.

How long until we get the photos?

Turnaround depends on the size of the shoot and the edit required, and it is confirmed in writing before booking rather than left open. If you need a handful of frames quickly for social, say so in the brief and a fast selection can be scheduled separately.

Can we use the images for marketing and advertising?

Usage rights are agreed as part of the booking. Tell us upfront if images will run in paid advertising, on sponsor materials or beyond your own channels, since that affects the agreement.

What if we already have a photographer?

That is common and it works fine. We send performance windows, stage positions and the run of show across so they can plan around the entertainment instead of discovering it on the night.

Do you cover events across the GTA?

Yes—Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Pickering, Whitby and Oshawa among others. For venues farther out, share the location so travel can be assessed accurately.
